Marketing Profesional ("MKT Profesional" or "we"), with electronic contact address [email protected], is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide when browsing, contacting us or purchasing on www.mktprofesional.com and its associated domains (the "Site"). This notice is issued in compliance with Mexico's current Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and other applicable provisions.
Personal data we collect
We only collect the data needed to sell and deliver our digital products and to handle your requests:
- Identification and contact: full name, email and phone number you enter when making a purchase.
- Purchase data: order number, product purchased, amount, currency, exchange rate applied, payment status, access expiry date and number of downloads. The download code is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
- Payment data: your card details (number, expiry date and security code) are entered in Mercado Pago secure fields and are received and processed directly by Mercado Pago. MKT Profesional never receives or stores your full card details.
- Voluntary contact data: if you use the contact form, your name, business, email, phone and message are sent directly from your device via WhatsApp or email; the Site does not store them.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, and session and device identifiers generated for security and fraud prevention.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for the commercial relationship):
- Process your payment through Mercado Pago and verify that it was credited.
- Email you the download code and deliver the digital products purchased.
- Personalize every file you download with your name, phone and email, to identify the license and protect against unauthorized distribution.
- Prevent fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods and unauthorized distribution of our products.
- Handle clarifications, refund requests, questions and support related to your purchase.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Secondary purposes (not essential; you may object):
- Send you information about new ebooks, updates to products you purchased, consulting services and promotions.
- Produce aggregated, anonymous statistics to improve our products and the Site.
You may object to processing for secondary purposes at any time by writing to [email protected]. Doing so will not prevent you from receiving the products or services you purchase.
Transfers and service providers
MKT Profesional does not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. To operate the Site we use the following providers, who act as processors and may only use your data to provide the contracted service:
- Mercado Pago (MercadoLibre, S. de R.L. de C.V. and affiliates): card payment processing, bank authentication (3-D Secure) and fraud prevention. It receives your card details, name, email, IP address and device identifiers, and its processing is also governed by its own privacy notice.
- Email delivery provider: receives your name and email only to send you the download code and messages about your purchase.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel): measurement and optimization of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It receives technical and browsing data (browser identifiers, pages visited, IP address) and, if you buy, the product and amount; it does not receive your name, email, phone or payment details. Its processing is also governed by Meta's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery network, secure connection (HTTPS) and attack protection. It processes technical data such as your IP address when you visit the Site.
Order data is stored on servers managed by MKT Profesional. Transfers necessary to fulfil the commercial relationship or required by a competent authority do not require your consent under the LFPDPPP.
Your ARCO rights
Under the LFPDPPP you may at any time exercise your rights of:
- Access: know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
- Cancellation: request the deletion of your data when you consider it unnecessary for the purposes described, except data we must keep by legal or tax obligation.
- Opposition: object to the processing of your data for specific purposes, such as promotional communications.
You may also revoke the consent you have given us. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject "ARCO Rights", stating your full name, the email used for your purchase, your order number if available, the right you wish to exercise and the data concerned.
We will respond within the legal deadlines: 20 business days to inform you whether your request is admissible and, if so, 15 additional business days to carry it out.
Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure, including:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all communications with the Site.
- Card data captured exclusively in Mercado Pago secure fields; your card never passes through our servers.
- Verification of every payment directly with Mercado Pago before enabling a download.
- Private file storage: files are only delivered to paid orders, with a code sent to the buyer's email, for a limited time and with a download limit.
No system is completely secure. If you detect any incident related to your purchase, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Data retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to give you access to your downloads, handle clarifications and meet our tax and legal obligations (generally up to 5 years). After that period, the data is deleted or anonymized.
Minors
Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us to have it deleted.
Changes to this privacy notice
We may modify this notice at any time to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. Updates will be published on this page with their last-modified date. Continued use of the Site after that date means you have read the updated notice.
If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may contact Mexico's Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno), the personal data protection authority, or whichever authority is competent at the time.
