Terms and Conditions

1. Who sells

The products on the Site are sold by Marketing Profesional. For any question, clarification or request you can write to [email protected].

2. Products

We offer digital products (PDF ebooks and their complementary tools: templates, exercises, calculators and action plans), delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped. The ebooks are written in Spanish.

Descriptions, images and content shown on the Site illustrate the content of each product. We strive to keep them accurate; if you find a relevant discrepancy, contact us.

Consulting services are quoted and contracted separately; their conditions are agreed with each client and are not part of ebook purchases.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are published in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. The charge is made in Mexican pesos (MXN), converted at the day's exchange rate shown in the payment form before you confirm the purchase.

The total amount in MXN you see when the payment form opens is the amount charged, and it is honored for the time indicated in the form. Your bank may apply its own fees, unrelated to MKT Profesional.

We may change prices and promotions at any time; changes do not affect purchases already paid.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Mercado Pago with credit or debit cards. Your card details are entered in Mercado Pago secure fields and are not received or stored by MKT Profesional.

A purchase is complete when Mercado Pago confirms the payment was approved. Your bank may ask for additional verification (3-D Secure). If the payment is declined, you are not charged and you may try another method.

The charge may appear on your card statement with the descriptor "MKTPROFESIONAL" or a Mercado Pago reference.

5. Delivery and downloads

Once the payment is approved, we send a download code and a link to your order page to the email you entered. You must enter that code to download your files. If you do not receive it, you can request a new one from the same page; the previous code stops working.

Access to downloads is valid for 10 calendar days from payment approval, and each file can be downloaded a maximum of 3 times per order. We recommend storing your files in a safe place.

Each file is generated for you and includes, on every page, your name, phone, email and order number as identification of your license.

If the period ends, you reach the download limit or you have problems, contact us with your order number and we will help you.

6. License and intellectual property

When you buy a product, MKT Profesional grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use it in your own business or professional activity. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the content.

Without prior written authorization, it is forbidden to:

• Share, resell, lend, publish or distribute the files or download links, in whole or in part, by any means (social networks, messaging groups, websites, storage platforms, etc.).
• Use the content to create courses, ebooks, materials or derivative products for commercial purposes.
• Remove or alter trademarks, copyright notices or identification data included in the files.

All content of the Site and products (texts, designs, trademarks, logos, images and tools) belongs to Marketing Profesional or its authors and is protected by Mexico's Federal Copyright Law and other applicable laws. Breach of this clause may result in cancellation of access without refund and the corresponding legal action.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Because these are digital products delivered immediately, the following rules apply:

• Right of withdrawal: you may cancel your purchase within 5 business days of the payment date, provided you have not downloaded any file of the order, and receive a full refund.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors: fully refunded once confirmed.
• Delivery failures: if, due to a failure attributable to us, you cannot download your product and we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.
• Damaged or incomplete files: we will send you a correct version; if that is not possible, we will refund you in full.

Outside these cases, no refunds are made once the product has been downloaded, since the digital content has already been delivered.

To request a refund, write to [email protected] with your order number and the reason. Refunds are made to the same payment method through Mercado Pago; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

8. Scope of the content and limitation of liability

Our products contain information, methods and tools for educational and guidance purposes. The results of applying them depend on many factors specific to each business (market, execution, costs, competition, among others), so MKT Profesional does not guarantee specific financial results. Numeric examples are illustrative.

Pricing, investment, financial or tax decisions you make are your sole responsibility; we recommend consulting the relevant professionals for your particular case.

We do what is reasonable to keep the Site available and error-free, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control.

9. Proper use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, access orders or files that do not belong to you, or make purchases with payment methods you do not own or are not authorized to use. We may cancel orders that show signs of fraud.

10. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, available on the Site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is the one published on this page with its last-updated date. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when they were made.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law. Before any other recourse, we invite you to contact us at [email protected] to resolve any disagreement.

You may also contact Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco). For the interpretation and enforcement of these terms, the parties submit to the competent courts of the United Mexican States.
